We offer life-saving recovery tools for adults suffering with addiction or co-existing mental health and substance use disorders to achieve individualized recoveries. Our dedicated admissions staff at 12&12 is committed to making your experience as welcoming and simple as possible. While AOD challenges are faced by folks of all ages, at 12&12 we focus upon serving adults 18 and older. Beginning with the initial conversation, a member of our professional staff will gather screening information from you and quickly proceed to recommend you or your loved one into the appropriate level of treatment care. Our goal is to identify the best possible treatment experience which will allow for the most successful outcomes for every admission.
